From clipboards to a tablet in the bay.

Scorpion Auto Tech used to run on paper. Now the techs do inspections on a tablet, the work order follows the car, and customers see photos of their car on their phone.

Paper everywhere

Before, every job had a paper work order. Techs wrote findings by hand, someone typed them up later, and the sheets had to be filed and found again. A customer who asked what was wrong with the car got a phone call and had to picture it.

Inspections customers can see

Techs open the FluxFront app on a phone or the tablet and go through the checklist at the car. They take photos of what they find and add a note. When they are done, the front gets the report to check, then sends it to the customer by text.

The customer opens it on their phone and sees the worn pads or the leak for themselves. Findings turn into estimate lines, and the customer approves them by text, line by line.
