Decades of good work, an old website
King's had a loyal list of customers and almost 40 good Google reviews. Online, there was not much else. The old website was years out of date, and booking meant calling during business hours and hoping someone could answer. The shop's records lived in GEM-CAR.
A website built around the shop's own work
FluxFront built King's a new site from scratch. Each of its 11 services has a page of its own, written about how King's actually does the job: diagnostics, alignment, A/C, brakes, tires, European cars, fleet work and more. Five car care guides answer the questions customers ask at the counter.
Every page has a Book button. The booking goes straight into the shop's FluxFront calendar, with the customer's name, number and car, so nobody types it in twice.

Parts without the phone calls
Parts are ordered right from the work order. Each part shows whether it still needs ordering, is on the way or has arrived, so nobody walks to the counter to ask. When it arrives, it goes on the estimate with the price, and the customer approves it by text.
