Everything you need, on the work order
The VIN fills in the year, make, model and trim. The PO number goes on the work order. Photos and PDFs the dealer uploads are attached to the job.
If the person booking leaves a phone number, they get a confirmation text. Your shop gets an alert either way.

Questions shops ask
Does the dealer need to verify a phone number?
No. The 4 digit code is their login. Customers booking on the same page still verify by text.
Can someone guess a code?
Repeated wrong codes lock that visitor out for a while, and the shop as a whole has a limit too.
Can a dealer book on a full day?
No. Dealer bookings go through the same drop off limits as every other booking.
Where does the stock number go?
On the vehicle, so your team sees it on the car. The PO number goes on the work order.
Can I turn a dealership off?
Yes. Pause or delete it in your settings and the code stops working right away.
