Photos from the lift, sent to the customer phone.

Techs take photos and notes on the phone. The customer gets a link with the pictures and the recommendation. It is easier to say yes to a repair you can see.

01

Photos straight from the lift

Open the camera from the inspection, shoot, done. Photos are on the work order before the tech puts the phone down.

02

Findings become line items

A worn pad or a leaking hose becomes a recommendation with a price, ready for the estimate.

03

A report the customer can open

Sent by text. Photos, notes and what needs doing now versus what can wait.

How it works

How a digital inspection works

Runs on the phone already in the tech pocket.

  1. Open the car from the Today board and tap Inspect.
  2. Take photos, add notes, mark each item good, watch or needs attention.
  3. Submit. The service advisor sees it at the counter immediately.
  4. Send the report with the estimate by text. The customer approves from their phone.
