This Cookie Policy explains how FluxFront uses cookies and similar technologies on fluxfront.ca and within the authenticated portal. In short: we use only what is strictly necessary to keep you logged in, secure your forms, and remember your interface preferences — no advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.

Our payment processor may set secure session cookies during checkout for fraud prevention and payment processing, which are strictly necessary for transactions.
What we do not use
We do not use:
- Third-party analytics or behavioral-tracking tools (such as web analytics services or advertising pixels).
- Marketing or advertising cookies.
- Cookies for cross-site tracking.
Third-party assets we load
The marketing site loads:
- A third-party web-font provider — to deliver the fonts used on the site. That provider's servers will see your IP address as part of font delivery, and its own privacy practices apply.
We do not load other third-party scripts.
Managing your cookies
The cookies listed above are required for the Services to function. If you block cookies entirely, the portal and booking widget will not work.
You can control cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — see your browser's documentation).
Changes to this Policy
If we add new categories of cookies (such as analytics), we will:
- Update this Policy with at least 30 days' notice.
- Implement a cookie consent banner before any non-strictly-necessary cookie is set.
