03

Looks like your shop

Your logo, your details and your notes. A PDF the customer can keep and a link that always opens the latest copy.

How it works

From approved estimate to paid invoice

Your techs finish the job. The paperwork is already done.

  1. Approve the estimate and the line items carry straight to the invoice.
  2. Add a note for the customer, a recommendation for next visit, or a warranty line.
  3. Send it by text or email, or print it. The customer gets a link that always shows the current version.
  4. Take payment any way you like. The receipt goes out on its own and the record stays on the vehicle.

Does it sync to my accounting software?

QuickBooks sync is coming soon. Until then, every invoice and payment is exportable from Reports.
