Are your prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Regular is $299 a month and Advantage is $449 a month, both in CAD. HST is extra.
What is included in each plan?
Both plans include the full software with every feature: the voice agent, the SMS agent, online booking, inspections, estimates, payments, invoices, the apps and every integration. Advantage adds your Google profile, monthly shop photos, a blog post a month, a website with hosting and domain, and 3 feature requests.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no contract. FluxFront is month to month. Setup, training and support are included.
How do I cancel?
Tell us and we stop billing at the end of the month. Nothing locks you in.
Do I get my data if I leave?
Yes. Your customers, vehicles, history and documents are yours. We export everything and hand it to you.
Is a phone number included?
Yes. One business phone number is included in both plans. You can also forward or port your existing number.
Do you sell tablets or hardware?
Tablets and card readers are priced by model, so ask us. FluxFront also runs on the phones and computers you already have.
What if it is not right for my shop?
You have 30 days. If FluxFront is not for you, we give your money back.
Are there card processing fees?
Card fees are charged by your payment processor, such as Stripe, Square or Clover, at their rates. They are not part of your FluxFront plan.
