AI receptionist · AI front desk
An AI front desk that works the phones with your team.
The voice agent answers the calls nobody can get to. On the calls your team does take, with customers or parts suppliers, FluxFront records the conversation, writes it up and lines up what happens next.
No sticky notes, and nothing retyped from memory into the calendar.
- No setup fee
- No contract
- 30 day money back
Illustrative example.
Two jobs
It answers, and it keeps up with your team
- 01Answers what you missWhen nobody picks up, the voice agent answers with your shop's name, books into real open times and texts a confirmation.
- 02Writes up your team's callsCalls on the shop line are recorded after a short notice to the caller, then summarised: why they called, what was agreed, what the shop promised.
- 03Lines up the next stepBookings, follow up texts and call backs from the call wait for you. One click and they're done.
- 04Keeps the recordEvery call lands on the customer's history, so the next person who picks up knows the story.
While you talk
The customer's history pops up when the phone rings
When someone at the counter answers, a window shows who is calling: their cars, open work orders, recent visits and upcoming appointments.
Notes build up as the conversation goes. Book opens your calendar with the name, the car, the reason and the day already filled in.
- Quick texts for a VIN request, a booking link, car ready or running late
- Schedule a follow up text before you hang up
- Hand a caller to the voice agent when the counter gets busy
After you hang up
Nothing said on the phone gets lost
Each call becomes a short write up with up to four clear next steps, not a wall of transcript.
Follow ups sit in one work queue until they're done. A call that went to voicemail becomes a single call back item.
- Calls with parts suppliers are summarised the same way
- Click to call rings a customer from the portal and records it too
- Customer texts are never scheduled before 9 AM or after 7 PM

FAQ
Questions shops ask
What is an AI front desk?
It does the phone work a front desk does: it answers calls nobody can take, and on the calls your team takes it writes the notes, drafts the booking and keeps track of what was promised.
Does it replace my service advisor?
No. It answers what they can't get to and does the paperwork from their calls, so they can stay with the customer in front of them.
Are my team's calls recorded?
When you turn recording on, callers hear a short notice first. With it off, your team's calls are not recorded.
Does it book appointments by itself?
On calls the voice agent answers, yes, into real open times on your calendar. On your team's calls it fills the booking in and someone saves it with one click.
What about calls with parts suppliers?
Calls on the shop line are written up the same way, so an arrival date or a part number said on the phone is on record.
Is there a per call fee?
No. The voice agent is in both plans with unlimited calls: Regular is $299 and Advantage is $449 a month in CAD.
