Your history, in plain view
Customers and vehicles become normal FluxFront records. Past invoices, credits and saved estimates come across as documents you open from the customer or the vehicle, next to the new work you do in FluxFront.
Every original record is kept with the import, including the ones that do not fit a FluxFront field.
- Customers you already have in FluxFront are linked, not duplicated.
- Calendar entries are never moved or rebooked by the import.
- Current odometer readings are never overwritten by old ones.

What do you need from me?
A backup of your GEM-CAR data. We work from a copy and keep the original backup intact.
Will my customers get messages after the import?
No. Customers brought over from GEM-CAR start with texts, emails and appointment reminders off.
Do old invoices become balances in FluxFront?
No. Invoices, credits and payments stay as history. They never create money owed, payment requests or new work orders.
What about customers who are already in FluxFront?
When the details agree, the GEM-CAR record is linked to the customer you already have. Their current details and opt outs are kept.
How long does it take?
