How it works with FluxFront
- 01Sign in with SquareIn Settings → Integrations, connect Square with your own Square login. No keys to copy.
- 02Pick your locationChoose the Canadian Square location that takes your payments, and choose Square for invoice payments.
- 03Pair your TerminalPair a Square Terminal at the counter, or use Square Reader through the Square POS app on a phone or tablet.
- 04CollectSend a pay link with the invoice, or charge the card at the counter. The payment lands on the work order.

Questions shops ask
Does FluxFront take a cut of Square payments?
No. You pay Square's fees to Square. FluxFront charges its monthly plan and nothing per payment.
Do I need a new Square account?
No. Connect the one you have. It needs a Canadian location that takes card payments in CAD.
Can I take a deposit before the job is done?
Yes. The owner can charge a deposit on Square Terminal or Reader on any open job, before the invoice exists.
Are my Square items and customers copied over?
No. FluxFront keeps its own customers, vehicles and jobs. Square handles the card payment.
