FAQ

Questions shops ask

Do I need to connect anything?

No. VIN decode and recalls work as soon as your shop is on FluxFront.

Does it cover Canadian recalls?

The recall list comes from NHTSA, the U.S. safety agency. Most models sold in Canada appear there, but Transport Canada keeps its own list, so check it for anything sold only in Canada.

What if the photo is blurry?

FluxFront tells you it could not read the VIN and you can try again or type it in.
