How it works

How it works with FluxFront

01Connect your loginIn Settings → Integrations, enter your Nexpart username and password. FluxFront tests it before saving.
02Order parts from the jobClick Order parts on the work order. Nexpart opens in a new tab on that car, by VIN when there is one.
03Send them backBuild the cart and send it to FluxFront. The parts wait in the From Nexpart panel on the job.
04Add, then orderTick the parts to add to the estimate. When the work is approved, Order from Nexpart places the order.

What comes back to the estimate

Already have a part line on the estimate? Find in Nexpart looks up that one part and fills in the part number and cost on the same line, instead of adding a second one.

A part already sent in an order is held while that order comes back, so the same part is not ordered twice.

Questions shops ask

Which suppliers can I order from?

The suppliers your own Nexpart login already works with. A single cart can hold parts from more than one supplier or branch, and each part keeps its own.

Can I quote first and order later?

Yes. Bring the parts onto the estimate, send it for approval, then order only what the customer approved.

Do the prices on the estimate change if the supplier changes them?

No. A part already on the bill keeps its quoted price. Any change from the supplier is shown to you as a note.

Does it fill in the car for me?

Yes. Nexpart opens on the car from its VIN, with the mileage from the job.
